Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design with keyboard navigation, screen readers, color contrast and reduced motion in mind.

Accessibility tools on this site

Use the accessibility button in the corner of every page to:

• Increase or decrease text size.
• Switch to high contrast or dark reading mode.
• Underline links, use a more readable font and increase text spacing.
• Pause animations, switch to grayscale and enlarge the cursor.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible. We are working with providers to improve this.

Language and format access

Enrolment appointments are available in English and Spanish. Interpretation for other languages can be arranged on request at no cost to you.

Documents can be provided in large print on request. TTY users can dial 711 to reach us through the telecommunications relay service.
